Yeshiva University Undergrad's PledgePage
Each year, undergraduate alumni are asked to support the Annual Fund. Why? To provide the critical funding needed for the nearly 70 percent of the student body that receives financial aid each year and to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Approximately 22 percent of alumni make contributions each year to YU. Now all alumni are being asked to do their part to increase that number and answer the call to meet the increased needs of our students.
“We have made a commitment that every student who wants a Yeshiva University (YU) education will have access to it regardless of their ability to pay. That commitment creates real urgency in our Annual Fund Campaign,†said Barbara Birch, senior director of alumni affairs and annual giving. “The Annual Fund is our lifeblood. It’s the steady source of discretionary funds—the cash flow in our checking account. It’s used right now to pay the bills, to meet basic needs and, most importantly, to fund scholarships.†|
